The website has now closed and will reopen in the morning of Friday 13 April. This is so that we can make final calculations for the Move More in March program. Those people who have ‘moved more’ will be identified.
Please join us 6-7 pm, Thursday 12 April at Lane Cove Library for the celebration event. Prizes will be awarded in a range of categories. Please confirm your attendance by email email@example.com
We’ve set aside the month of March to help you get active – whether you want to get moving, set a new PB or get a step ahead, join in this community-wide effort to move more, have fun and feel good.
For people just starting out and trying new ways to get more activity into their day. Do as much or as little as you can – any movement is good! Tracking your steps is not compulsory though they will be counted in the overall step tally. There is no ‘leader board’ in this level – it’s about your own journey
For people wanting to set a goal for themselves and trying to achieve it. Your only competition is with yourself as you aim to achieve your own ‘personal best’. There is a ‘leader board’ for this level so you can see what others are doing.
People in this level really want to max it out and enjoy the thrill of competition. At this level you are challenging yourself to do the most you can to increase your level of daily activity. There is a ‘leader board’ for this level so you can see what others are doing.
